We Made It - The First Birthday

John John's First Birthday; what an event for Mommy and Daddy. Decorating with the Disney theme was the start. Ordering the cake and shopping for mass food was next. Arranging for the Jumper Waterslide was last, oh...except for the invitations...opps, sorry. Oh well, everyone got invited one way or another. It might not have been until the day before over the phone, but some of the best parties in the world are kept secret until the last moment. The party was great as we had our loving family, good friends, lots of food, and great presents for the baby. John John was a little cranky as to be expected, as he missed a nap and a meal or two, but overall, he had a good time. He enjoyed all the people and especially the kids. He is so wants to be one of the Big Kids. Oh, he really liked the water, but the waterslide was too big for him so he spent most of the time in the kiddie pool. By the way, our "Thank you" letters fell in the same category as the invitations, but "Thank you" again, and for the first time, for some of you. We also want to thank Phi for our photos; another small detail we seemed to forget.
